Tiffany Shlain tells about her new program for companies called The Future of Work and Wellbeing based on the 15 years of using a hybrid work model at her workplace, Let It Ripple Film Studio, which allows for two days of collaboration and three days of working at home. She has combined several films about character and neuroscience with her book, 24/6--about unplugging from screens once a week to recharge and get more creative and productive--to produce a 4-week program to help companies transition into a new work model that supports employees and management to get people back to work.
