ግንቦት 2017 ልኡኻት ህዝብታት ኣቦሪጂንን ደሴታት መጻብቦ ቶረስን (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) ንሃገራዊ ቅዋማዊ ዋዕላ ቀዳሞት ህዝብታት (First Nations National Constitutional Convention) ኣብ ጥቓ ኡሉሩ ብሓባር ተኣኪቦም መግለጺ ኡሉሩ ካብ ልቢ (Uluru Statement from the Heart) ኣጽዲቖም። እቲ መግለጺ ትካላዊ ጽገና/ተሃድሶ/ምምሕያሽ/ለውጢ ኣብ ሰለስተ ግንባራት፡ ድምጺ፡ ውዕልን ሓቅን ብምእማም፡ ኣብ ቅዋም ኣውስትራልያ ቀዳሞት ህዝብታት ኣፍልጦ ክረኽቡ መርሓ ግብሪ የቕርብ። እዚ ብ13 ዞባዊ ዘተታት ቀዳሞት ህዝብታት ዝተወጠነን ዝተመርሐን ብ250 ልኡኻት ህዝብታት ኣቦሪጂናልን ደሴታት መጻብቦ ቶረስን ተቐባልነት ረኺቡ ዝጸደቐ ሓደ ናይ ክልተ ዓመት ውሳነ ዝህብ ዘተ ተኸቲሉ ዝመጸ’ዩ። ኣብ ሓቂ፡ ፍትሒን ርእሰ-ውሳነን መሰረት ገይሩ ናብ ዕርቂ ገጹ ንቕድሚት ዘምርሕ፡ ሉኣላውንት ከይገደፈ፡ ዝምድና ኣብ መንጎ ቀዳሞት ህዝብታት ኣውስትራልያን መንግስቲ ኣውስትራልያን ሓደ ዝምድና ክምስርት ይዕልም። ሙዚቃ ብፍራንክ ያማ።
