Inside, I was anxious, lost, and completely disconnected from myself. My turning point came when I realized: I can’t think my way to peace. I have to become it. That realization sent me on a 30-year journey through Buddhism, Qigong, energy medicine, and some of the deepest teachings on human consciousness available, until I found what actually works. Not as a concept, but in the body, in real life. Now, as a Spiritual Self-Mastery Guide and Mentor, I work with people who have done everything right on the outside and still feel like something essential is missing.
