In Tijuana, the families of people who are missing are calling for some accountability from the government. Meanwhile in Ocean Beach, people came together to honor the lives of the three men who were killed while on a surfing trip in Baja California. Today, San Diego State University is concluding their last batch of commencement ceremonies.
