Tijuana River Storm Pollution, Mountain View Flood Assistance Center Closing, Fee Waivers in Infrastructure Permits

A non-profit is working on helping regulate the amount of garbage coming from Mexico into the Tijuana River. Today is the final day the Mountain View Flood Assistance Center will be opened.
