TikTok Sued Donald Trump - What Exactly Happened?

In the last year of his Presidency, Donald Trump issued an Executive Order to ban Chinese-owned TikTok. He feared that the Chinese government would take hold of private data and use that as a weapon against the United States. TikTok filed a lawsuit against President Trump claiming he didn't have the Constitutional authority to ban TikTok.
