Whilst pondering life’s crossroads, a friend suggested that Tillie try her hand in the lab a Cold Stream Hills. Tillie says she immediately fell in love with the wine industry. Tillie spent the following years on the cool climate wine trail, an adventure that took her from New Zealand to America, from Canada to Germany. When Tillie decided to come home she knew exactly what she wanted to do – and that was to take her travels and experiences and squeeze them into a wine bottle. That is what Tillie has done. She has recently had enormous success with her Yarra Valley Pinot Noir and has just release her Yarra Valley Chardonnay.
