In my early 40's – 3 engagements, 2 marriages and 1 divorce in, I realised this façade hid the fact I had spent years undervaluing myself, playing small and not believing I deserved a successful life. Feeling frustrated and unfulfilled, I committed to doing whatever it took to deepen my relationship with myself and The Universe and discovered how to feel vibrant, alive and create a life I really loved.
