TILP E076 Why Midlife Is The Most Exciting Time For Women With Rachel Peru

from The Soul Living Podcast · host Anne-Louise Harbutt

Rachel Peru became a silver-haired, curve model when she was 46 years old. After her divorce, she decided in her early 40s she was going to say yes to what life has to offer and work out the 'how' as she went along.   She is now a champion for women in midlife helping them with body confidence.   In this episode, Rachel shares how you can find that inner confidence to be brave and more courageous in your own skin and not to fear failure.   About Anne-Louise:   I am an Intuitive Leadership Coach, host of The Intuitive Leaders Podcast and founder of The Intuitive Leaders Mentorship.  I help soul-led women to reconnect with their true self and their natural intuition so they can make better decisions in their life and business.   Having spent most of my adult life appearing confident, chatty and in control.  In my early 40's – 3 engagements, 2 marriages and 1 divorce in, I discovered behind this façade lay years of self-criticism, feeling disconnected from who I really was and what I wanted from my life.  Feeling frustrated and unfulfilled, I made a commitment to do whatever it took to deepen my relationship with myself, The Universe and the life I wanted to create.     My mission is to reconnect women to their true self and their natural intuition, to their quiet inner knowing, knowledge and acceptance that has always been there, so they can trust themselves to make empowered decisions in their life and business.   If you fancy hanging out head over to The Intuitive Leaders Lounge.   Anne-Louise's Links: Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn Website   About Rachel:   Rachel Peru is a Silver haired curve model.
