The "Queen", proudly serving Charlotte since 1985, is known for its rich, flavorful, authentic Cajun cuisine. Every day is Mardi Gras with a great bar and the best live jazz in town. Tim talks about what life is like having a family, raising kids, and personal struggles, all while being in the grind of running a restaurant for over 2 decades.
