Tim is an economic development expert with two decades of experience in economic policy, governance, and competitiveness. Tim was previously the Shadow Minister of Finance in South Africa, the CEO of Wesgro and a member of YPO. Tim shares his professional story which sits at the intersection of government and business. He talks about his journey as CEO of Wesgro and the incredible work that they did, how he generated a massive investment in the city of Cape Town and helped transform the body into the relevant institution that it is today.  He shares his love for the city of Cape Town, how valuable travel is for growth, how tourism is the key to keeping the city alive and he provides context into the GOOD work he does constantly driving positive change wherever he goes.
