After a nice break we return with more of the people behind the businesses in our market town of Knaresborough in North Yorkshire.In this episode I talk to Tim from the Castle Creamery, and ice cream shop in the heart of the town.We talk change of careers, ice cream flavours and new products for the winter season. Tim says " Ice cream season has ended but Ice cream in coats season has just begun".
