As Governor of Minnesota, Tim Walz put $100 million of taxpayer funds towards 135 nonprofits that provide “vital” services to the homeless population. Among those nonprofits is the Southside Harm Reduction Services, which provides syringes, sterile water, dr\*g cookers, and l\*be that allows homeless people to ingest dr\*gs through their bums.
