Tim Wiebe and Ronny Guenther

Former GVC science teacher, Tim Wiebe, joined The Morning Show to talk about a community trip to the Galápagos Islands planned for March 23-31 2023. This trip was originally planned as a student trip in 2021 but was canceled, it's now back on as a trip open to anybody interested in going.  The Galápagos Islands are located in the Pacific Ocean, 973 kilometres west of Ecuador. They are largely uninhabited by people but are home to an incredible diversity of wildlife that you won't find anywhere else. The islands are also home to nine active volcanoes!
