Welcome back for episode 16. In this one we are talking to Tima Kaba, @vientimz on Insta. Tima and I met on the set of a film where we were extras. Immediately we hit it off and started talking about everything from school to family and how she is interested in starting her own podcast. On her journey to self actualization Tima started a project called We Sanctuary, that aims to destigmatize mental health and promote wellness. This became a huge part of our conversation as Tima and I pointed out a lot of the unorthodox or sometimes even unhealthy coping mechanisms passed down to us by our families and cultures.
