Time

Time is a valuable commodity. One could make the argument that it is THE most valuable commodity, because it is non-renewable. It is consumable, but non-renewable. This means when we use it or consume it, it ceases to exist. It cannot be regenerated. 

Take some time to consider the three steps below after listening to this episode and decide how you will begin to implement them in your life today.
