from Frank's Unsolicited Advice · host Francisco Ferrer

This episode i recorded on my son's birthday because he turned 17 on March 16th.  I was thinking back to when he was a born and how now he is 17 years old, one more year and he is graduating High School.  It made me think of how time flies, time continues to go by and we continue to let it go by.  We put things off or procrastinate on accomplishing things because we say I do not have the time.  But we do have time to do anything we want to do, that is the difference do we want to do it.  I think back to when I was on my last deployment we hit a liberty port and we are partying the whole time there.  Making time to facetime the family, get in some site seeing, hit the clubs and some sleep for like four days straight after being out to sea for 30 days.  The point of this episode is to make time for what is important and take advantage of it.
