TIME FOR A NEW SEASON

WHEN THE LEAVES BEGIN TO FALL Ecclesiastes 3:1 “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:” I know that the summer heat is still with us, but you can see the leaves giving us signs that Fall is on its way. I love the Fall season. There is something beautiful about watching the leaves begin to fall. The same leaves that once covered the trees with green eventually turn brilliant shades of red, orange, and gold. Then, one by one, they let go. The tree doesn’t fight to keep them. It doesn’t reach out and try to pull them back. It simply releases what belonged to one season and prepares for what is coming next. I think there is something in that for us.
