If we’re in business for the long term, it’s inevitable that we’ll experience different seasons.  Seasons of excitement and energy, as well as seasons of overwhelm or discontent. Maybe even resentment.  What we can forget it business is a reflection and extension of ourselves. So if something stops working, we have a team issue or we evolve personally - we’re going to feel it. And that’s ok. What too many of us do is ignore or misdiagnose the issue, or have feelings of shame around it.
