Time For MAJOR Changes With The Colts!
from Bleav in Colts Hosted by Bleav
The Indianapolis Colts need to do some soul searching after the loss to the New York Giants. Jim Irsay wants to continue to keep the team in the family. Chis Ballard probably will be fired, but will it change anything? Is Shane Steichen the right guy to be the head coach? Steichen's response to Pat McAfee's comments on the organization was a bad look. It takes a certain leadership to reign in players coming out of college today. Colts need a new culture, because money is more important than the team winning games. There is a difference between 'keeping it in house', and lying to media and fans. Why is Carlie Irsay on the sidelines, instead of in a box like other owners? What is Jim-Bob Cooter's job as an Offensive Coordinator in this regime?
