Blakey and Stuart discuss.GRQOTW59 - Helen and Charlotte are playing Frazer and Ross in a fourball match.  On the 11th hole at Wombat Hills, Helen and Charlotte have holed out for 4 strokes.  Ross has driven the green but Frazer has struggled and he is on for 4 strokes close to Ross' ball.  Ross is further away from the hole but they decide that Frazer will putt first to show Ross the line.  Before Frazer putts, Helen concedes Frazer's next stroke however Frazer putts anyway and misses.  Ross has two putts and holes out for a 3.   What is the result of the hole and why?
