Time merges quickly. When is it time to put yourself first

As many know time goes by so fast in these busy days. Working with the Council I have learned to slow down and take time for myself. This is not an easy change for myself or other's, although it is necessary.  It is time for everyone to put themselves first.. That is truly how we can only help other's without sacraficing our yourself's.
