Time Out - Time To Relax

from Equine Voices Podcast Hosted by Ronnie King

Send us Fan Mail A short meditation I recorded one morning, while I was with my horse. It was cold and there was a gentle breeze but the sun was shining so I sat down with my flask of tea and this just flowed and I decided to record it at the same time. The words carry a vibration, which I have been told by a few people, that it helped them relax, so I decided to add it to my podcast. Nothing ventured, nothing gained and if it helps one person feel less tense, then that is a bonus. Have a wonderful day!
