Time to Pray

Evangelist Martha P. Davis delivers a passionate and urgent message calling for repentance and a return to righteousness in the face of moral and societal decay. Drawing from Jeremiah 9, she emphasizes that humanity has strayed from truth, embracing deception and wickedness. She warns that God is weighing the sins of the nation, exposing corruption and dishonesty at all levels, and calling for people—especially Christians—to stand boldly for truth. She highlights the necessity of being "valiant for the truth," rejecting lies, and living according to God's righteousness. The sermon calls for personal and national repentance, urging believers to turn away from sin, including dishonesty, sexual immorality, and greed. Evangelist Davis reminds listeners that God's judgment is real, but so is His mercy for those who seek Him wholeheartedly. In a final plea, she calls upon Christians to humble themselves, pray, and return to the Lord, as promised in 2 Chronicles 7:14. She challenges individuals to make a choice: follow God's truth or face His judgment. The message is a call to action—urging people to stand firm in faith, reject sin, and prepare for Christ’s return.
