Time to Reconnect│Spring Stroll

from Witchy Woman Walking · host Cate

It never feels good to be disconnected from your space. Many things can sever this connection; such as, a move, loss, divorce, sickness, disaster…  We can exist in this place of discontent for a while, but eventually we need to re-ground and  find contentment where we are. It’s critical for our well-being to feel at peace with our surroundings, even when they’re imperfect. In this episode, we’ll explore how to rekindle your relationship with home by “being” rather than “doing”, through  paying attention, and by finding joy in the little things. Join me on this spring walk while we rediscover the romance at home!
