In the dead of night as people sleep, that is when the spirits creep. As the bell tolls three dark things take power, we like to call it the supernatural hour. Hey, welcome to the supernatural hour. This is your host, Raven.

And this is Chad. This is Drake. And this is us. And this is it.

Every once in a while, things happen. Whiskey had a family event that he needed to do. And Jess is looking good. And Moon also had a little family issue that she had to deal with.

So you get the best of us. We're glad to have Drake here. Yeah, we're just kind of picking your butt recently. All righty.

So everybody made it through the holidays. Everybody's good. Yeah, we knew you're. Drake, we got your Christmas card.

It looked fantastic. We loved it. Yeah, why do you guys finally got it? Oh yeah, it was good.

It was good. It was touch and go, but we did get it. Now life has just been crazy. First day of school, my last semester.

So that will be nice. There is a countdown. There is a countdown. So where have we got going on for everybody?

Well, we don't have an investigation lined up yet. We're still trying to get that going. It's hard with cold weather and trying to find something up a little further north. If we don't find something, we might have to take one of our southern venues.

But we will get that up as soon as possible. Oh yeah, absolutely. Yes, I'm excited. We are trying to get some more northern venues, but we will never go without.

We just might have to go south. We do have some leads on some very interesting stuff up north. We just have to make contact and make sure that they will let us in. And it's really hard to run holidays because nothing is open.

Yeah. And we're talking about it. Moving it up, we still have that in the works. We don't have anything planned yet, but as wisps we got together and tossed around some ideas.

So be patient. We will deliver even though sometimes we're a little bit slow. Looking for a good movie and then we'll get a theater in the Salt Lake, Provo area, probably South Salt Lake area, we'll figure it out. A movie and a venue and we'll just let everybody know where we'll be.

The movie will definitely be further north because there's theaters all over the place. So give you further north people a break. I know we're going to have to, we'll be starting to send us gas invoices at this rate. It just seems interesting.

We've got the pace with the Huish down there. We've got Petit neat down and pace and we've got the old family tree that's going to be the this-soul or something. You remember what the name of the family tree is going to be called? It's going to be Coffee House and Restaurant.

Oh my gosh. Something fizzle. Anyway, it's totally, I could have called Jennifer if you hadn't asked me. Anyway, we've got some good indoor venues and the thing is we're looking for indoor venues because in January and February it's a little cold to be doing outdoor venues at 7, 8, 9, o'clock at night till midnight.

So we're trying to find some places where we can be warm and investigate. Absolutely. Now if we didn't, if we didn't investigations in the middle of the day, it's been crazy warm here. That's not a problem, but investigations during the day is just weird.

So not impossible, but weird. Yeah. Yeah, we did an investigation when we did the cleanup in a murk or a few years ago. Oh yeah, that was in the middle of the day.

Yeah, it'd be activity. You can get activity anytime. It just seems to be cooler at night. Yeah, well at night you get the orbs.

You get, I think it's easier to see shadow people at night. And this is going to sound really stupid. I don't know how else to explain it, but people say, oh, how do you see shadow people at night? It's because they're darker than the dark.

And so you'd think that, oh, you could see something dark in the middle of the day. But you don't. I don't know what it is. I have seen full body operations in the middle of the day, but I think they're different.

I, to my knowledge, I'm thinking I've not seen a shadow person in the middle of the day. I've seen more people lighter colored. So like we are at the Mcune Mansion. Yeah, investigating at night.

I don't know, it just has its own mystique. That's kind of interesting. So it's not required, but it is preferable. Absolutely.

Now we have a new patron. We do. We're excited about that. I probably ought to have her name here, Andy Hunt.

Yes, did she did she give you her code name? No, I don't have a code name for her yet. Give me just a minute. Go ahead and I'll pull up some information on her.

We're really excited to have a new patron. And we're really excited about all of our patrons. Yeah, without you patrons, we just really couldn't do nearly as much as we do. You offset all sorts of costs for venues and our websites and SSL certificates.

And really, we really want to know how much we appreciate you. You give a better product not only to yourself, but to all of our fellow listeners. Yes. So we're going to let Chad look that up.

We're just going to jump into our main topic, which I really like for January, because it is time travel and time travel. We traveled through time. I saw this thing where they talked about an airplane that left like left New Year's Eve. It actually left New Year's day from somewhere in like Australia and it flew to California.

So when it left, it was 2025 when they landed. It was 2024. So if people say it's time travel possible, a little bit in a way, if you think about time zones going forward and time and backwards in time. I've got a friend that lives in New Zealand in the middle of the day on New Year's Eve.

I'll text you and go, how does next year look? I don't know, it's just tomorrow or I teach music students and so I'll see them. And even my kids, and if you get this joke, it's like the ultimate dad joke. See you next year, which is really tomorrow, but that's kind of fun.

So what is time travel? Chad, if you were to define time travel, what would you say? I don't know. I think it's kind of a slip through time is some of the best descriptions I've seen of that is the ability to move back and forth on a different time trajectory.

I think a pretty good explanation is Doc Brown's to Marty, where he shows him going back with the DeLorean and he shows the timeline for 1955 and he goes, and then you're here and it starts a different reality, a different timeline, because it's different than the prime timeline. So I'm sorry. I think that's actually a pretty good explanation. So we can refer back to the future for time travel.

All right, and here's the thing with time travel. In my opinion, you see a lot of it in fiction. You mentioned back to the future. It's really big.

You see it in so many movies, Superman, you see it in Star Trek, you see it all over the place. Jake, do you have any favorite time travel movies or books or? Time Machine, H.G. Wells.

That's the original, the original 1960 one. Yeah, yeah, that one's great with the, is it the Morlocks and the? Yep. Yeah, that's a great one.

Yeah, and we could probably go on forever on different movies, but let's get a little bit more into what it is. It's when talking about time travel, I think most people are going to think about a time machine of some sort. I mean, was it Land of the Lost or Journey to the Center of the Earth where time travel was more of a gravity? You get to a certain place?

No, that was Journey to the Earth. Was that, yeah, okay. I knew it was one of those. Movie ticket is not my strong point.

And I'm not really sure if that was as much time travel as just that area hadn't evolved yet. It evolved. I don't think they were actually going back in time. They were just going back in the further they got into the Earth.

To a different time. Yeah, I'd want to say a different time, but like a different, not time as far as that they moved back in the calendar time, but they moved back in what was available or what was around where they had dinosaurs and those things. But it was still, I think in the movie, it was like in the 1890s or 1910s or something like that. Prime Direct didn't, right?

Like the Prime Direct even Star Wars, or if you encounter a culture more behind you in technology, you had to not expose them to future technology until they were ready for those of you in Trekies. I am giving the shout out. Oh, okay. Pause.

Do it. No, no, no, no, no. Pause in the main topic. Oh, pause in the main topic.

Okay, I'm going to use initials because we don't give up names until we have been heard from the people on how they want to be addressed. But the initials are VL. So VL, we are very glad to have you aboard as a listener and a patron. And we really appreciate you for your contribution.

It makes it possible. We're also grateful for all of the other people that we have that support us and our patrons. They're the few and the proud and we really appreciate them. And if you're not yet a patron and you want to get some bonus episodes, hop on board and sign up as a patron and you get to hear even more of us.

And our bonus episodes, while a little shorter, they're sure a whole less structured, if that's a good thing. Everyone's just like, okay, yeah, we're out. Thanks a lot, Chad. Now everyone's gonna have any more patrons.

But just recently, Raven did get the title of the podcast, correct? Yeah, they're only taking you like what? Eight years. Three years.

Let's go to moon, maybe practice. All right. We have a lot of fun with our patrons and the patron summer shunt shindig. For those of you that don't know, that's one of the perks of being a patron.

Every summer in August, we have an investigation someplace and we have a potluck and we bring the main dish. It's been Chick-fil-A because it's such a favorite. But yeah, we have a great time with the summer shindig. So that is one of the patrons and depending upon your patron level, you can bring two up to eight people.

So it's a lot of patrons. It was allergic to chicken, oddly enough. And so we bring her hamburger because we love her. So yep.

We appreciate all of you. So let's go back to time travel. So most time travel, as we just said, has something to do with the time machine. And if everyone's seen the classic time machine, then back to the future, there's the DeLorean with the flux capacitor.

Fun story I went to his school with the kid, quirky kid, and the first name, Nathan. And he came to school one day and he was bemoaning the fact that he tried to build a flux capacitor in his room and cut his room on fire and he was in trouble with his parents. So there's a little fun fact for you. But according to Albert Einstein, everyone knows he's famous for the theory of relativity.

It says basically that time and motion are relative to each other. And so according to Einstein's theory, time travel can happen through what's called time dilation. Don't ask me if this line house works. I can't even get the name of the Patreon podcast right now.

That's what makes me practice. But according to Einstein, it's actually kind of possible. So that's interesting. I think a lot of people when you think of time travel, I don't know, maybe this is just me.

Drake, do you think more of time travel is going into the past going into the future or either or? Either or because I see that as it's bending of time. And time can bend either which way it's they can bend. You don't want to snap it.

Right. What about you, Jen? Well, in the H.G. Wells time, what's the name of the movie?

What was the name of that? The time machine? Yeah, the major premise of that is he went into the future several thousand years, maybe even more where like in Back to the Future, the premise is they go back to 1955, but then they do go into the future into I think 1924. Which is the past now.

But yeah, when it was done in the 1980s, looking forward to 19, I think it was 1924, that was way in the future. So in the movies, what's what? Yeah, where's my flying car? I don't know.

Even the floating skateboard things. I mean, we do have powered skateboards, but they don't float. Right. So I don't know why.

For some reason, I think of time travel. I only think of going backwards. And I know that some things have gone forwards, but I don't know, maybe it's just because I like the past and the future is scary. I don't know.

Well, I was going to say it's interesting when you think about going into the past because there's the famous story about where he went back into the past into the dinosaur era and stepped on a butterfly and everything changed. And again, that's a very famous story. I forget the name of that one, but it's better. I think that might be the better.

Oh, hey, Drake and I said that exactly the same time. And that's a different butterfly effect than the butterfly effect with Cushion S. Ashnan Cuscher. Is that the name?

70 shows guy. There's a show that he did, which is the butterfly effect, which is a short term time effect time travel movie, which is really quite interesting also. But I think the short story, the butterfly effect, yeah, they go way back and then everything changes because of one little thing that happened. So it's interesting that you brought up H.G.

Wells, the time machine. It was written in 1895, and that's where time travel and modern times kind of originated. I don't know where it necessarily originated, but that's when it really got popular and started taking off. What was the time travel?

I was going to say a fun movie based on the H.G. Wells story and timeline is one called Time After Time. It was a 1980, 81, maybe 79 movie. Very interesting about across between the time machine where he's got the time machine that he's able to go into the future and looking for Jack the Ripper, which is an interesting twist on that because that's not in the original H.G.

Wells movie, but it's a story based on H.G. Wells and the time machine and tying in that Jack the Ripper story from England in the 1890s or 1880s when that happened. So it was a very interesting tie in and it's really a very interesting movie. It's got like Mary Steinbergen in it and I forget the guy's name.

It's a really good movie and I highly recommend that one. Which one did you say that one? It's called Time After Time. L.I.C.

real quick. Scott Malcolm McDowell and David Warner and Mary Steinbergen and it's a 1975 1979 movie and it really is an interesting movie. One of the fun lines in it is H.G. Wells is in San Francisco.

He's gone into the future and he's in San Francisco in the 1980s or 79 in the area and he's at a McDonald's and he has just arrived and he's got a few coins in his pocket and he's got some money but it's 1890s money and he's all dressed like from the 1890s and he's hungry and he follows somebody into a McDonald's and just the interaction and watching people and trying to figure out how to interact in this new timeline and this new area. It's really interesting. It's like Breiser Palmfritz. He just makes the association.

It's really funny. There's some really really good lines in the movie. Very interesting story and again interesting from the idea of the characters that are in it. The acting is really good.

Highly recommended. So when you first said Time After Time, my brain went to somewhere in time which is one of my favorite movies. I haven't watched that in a long time. I'm going to have to watch that but it has Christopher Reeve in it and oh Dr.

Quinn, medicine. What is her name? Anyway, it'll come to us and we talked about Time Machines which is very popular but if you go back to the Superman movie he goes back in Time By Flying Around the Earth Really Fast and in Somewhere In Time, he has not a Time Machine. It's not flying really fast.

He just concentrates and you know thinks about it and kind of wills himself back into the past. And if you haven't seen that movie this is not a spoiler because that came out like in the late 80s, early 90s. So, John Falt. But there's a reason.

No, that's just the mechanism. I'd be like saying in Back to the Future you have a Flying DeLorean. I mean there's so much more to that story and it's a great story. Absolutely.

Drake, do you have a favorite Time Machine movie or did I already ask this question? Yeah, he said the Time Machine. But you have another one? There's a bunch to choose from.

I mean, you gotta start track four where she was the son to go back in time. Right, that's the one with the whales. Yep, we're the one with the whales here. That's my favorite one.

You gotta alter your comments. You got Superman, you got Flash, you got there's a bunch with comics. It gets more more science, more not science, even more of like, Relativity-esque like Einstein-esque. Yeah, so I'm sorry.

A couple of interesting things. One of, if we go back to Einstein's theory of Relativity, traveling at high speed which is what Superman did, that's one way. But he also suggests that it's not just the speed, but gravitational fields can also produce that same effect if you get a strong enough gravitational field. So how does time travel relate to paranormal?

So one way it can relate to paranormal is I'm sure everyone has run across one of these stories here or there, but it talks about people that have been places and I think one of them that I read, they were as a couple of women. I've heard of people in like, back east in Revolutionary War, Tiberius, like Boston. I've heard of people that have had this happened to them in England. I'm trying to think specifically, words are apparently hard for all of us today at the Tower of London.

Just FYI, Jane Seymour time after time. Yes, Jane Seymour. It just came to me. So yeah.

Dr. Gwen Medicine woman, Jane Seymour. If you want fully functioning people today, apparently you're not getting that. None of us can think of any words.

Drake, you're the only person that's got words going on for you today. But another movie reference wrote out when I'm trying to talk about here is, I think it's a second or third Mummy movie where you're just walking around and doing your thing and suddenly there's all these people back in your back in time and you've just wandered into that reality. Into that reality. There's a book series that Chad and I have read where it was called, what was it, a Rippin time?

Where there was just a Fisher in time that you can kind of... She went through a closet and ended up... Like two hundred years earlier or something. Yeah.

Yeah. So... That was a fun series. Yeah.

And you hear the accounts of these people and say, yeah, they turned a corner and suddenly they're like, oh, look at all these people in Periodress. And then certain things happened where they thought, this isn't Periodress, we think we're back in time. And it's interesting because if you go out onto YouTube, you'll oftentimes run into YouTube shorts about people displaced in photographs where it'll be a photograph from the late 1800s or early 1900s and it looks like somebody in 2020's garb with a selfie. But it's like, what is this?

And when people go, oh, it's that, but it's like, but he's like wearing a baseball cap and a t-shirt, which wouldn't be the normal garb and holding something that looks like a phone, a mobile phone. And you go, wow, that's kind of weird. So and there's a number of those with displacement things. There's some where they talk about people that have come that they can't explain from like the 3000s back where they've had interactions with people and telling things.

There's some really interesting YouTube videos about them. Oh, yeah, YouTube videos, pictures, all sorts of things where and you saw the internet. It's true. Absolutely.

You know, when you look at those pictures, Drake, have you seen the pictures we're talking about? Yeah, they're all over the place and it's people holding the cell phone, people holding the camera, people wearing clothes that they wouldn't have worn at that time. But the ones where it's like, oh, this person looks like so and so, that can easily be explained as just someone's doppelganger. There's one photo that's out there.

It's of I think it's Tyson versus Ali, I think, before little tiny like handheld cameras existed and it's look someone has a handle camera taken photo. Yep, I've seen that one. Yeah, and you can explain it. Yes, I say to yourself, is that time travel or is it a fake?

Is it a fake or they just happen to hold something that our eyes say it's this and some of the time we do paragole on it? Yeah, someone from the time period would be like, Oh, it's that sorry to cock over you. Or is it the Mandela effect? Exactly.

Exactly. We've done a whole podcast on the Mandela effect. That's interesting. So one thing about time travel too is that's as far as our group is concerned, and I'm sure it crosses over another it's not just our group, but one of the things when we go into our dead talks is we talk about three kinds of hauntings.

We've got intelligent haunts, we've got possessions, and then residual haunts. And the whole idea behind a residual haunt is in a way time travel. Because the idea behind a residual haunt is, and if you've been to the dead talk, you've heard me say this and I feel like I'm a broken record, but some of you may not have heard this before, you'll hear about the hauntings where there's a woman that walks up and down the beach waiting for her, shipwrecked husband to come home and she see her every Tuesday at 10 p.m. You know, where this every full moon hear this or I think the last podcast we did, we talked about or not the last one, but when we talked about vaval castle and pollen, and they came back every seven years, that would be a residual haunt and where they're not aware of what they're doing.

They just go through the same motion that they did. And we talked also about like the ghost trains, same kind of thing where we talked about ghost trains where they can come and it's a residual kind of thing. Yeah, you've heard of those right? Oh, yeah.

The one that I love and I'm wanting to see it is Lincoln's Lincoln's train. Oh, absolutely. That would be a fascinating one to see. So the idea there is it's not necessarily a haunting.

It's not a spirit that's trying to make contact with anybody that's just going through its motions. And is it a haunting? Or is it seeing something in time? We don't know exactly how time works.

And is it somehow a ripple that does time extend? And this is just me talking. This is not scientific whatsoever, but is somehow time extended to space as a ripple and as the earth rotates where it's every this and every that are there somehow earth passes back through that time and we get to see it again? Was there so much emotion behind that thing, whether it's Lincoln's ghost train, whether it's a woman waiting for her shipwreck spouse or whatever it is, did the emotion set that little piece of time off somehow?

Off. It didn't just go away like me shopping yesterday. People are going to be living me grocery shopping yesterday. Not enough emotion and not enough energy to it.

That's just a couple of things. Those digital hauntings seem to be based on emotional events, really crazy events. Another movie that has that kind of that same residual haunting is a movie. Very fun.

Liam Neeson, Beverly D'Angelo, Steve Gutenberg from the 1980s called High Spirits, Peter O'Toole. And that's a really fun movie, but the ghost story and the residual haunting and everything there, that's a fun one because there is a it's a haunting. It's not so much a go back in time, but you see the residual haunting and that residual haunting is broken. And then those ghosts are able to come into the present, which is interesting.

Fun movie. Yeah, so many fun things with Time Jungle. You can also get very confusing. I know sometimes I'm watching a show where there's time travel.

I'm like, I don't get it. I've just you've just lost me. We also had that when we were in PO, sure we had that when we were investigating the graveyard where that one spirit that didn't realize he they passed on. Yes.

Yeah. And I think there's a lot of spirits that we deal with not every time, but we do run into the spirits that don't realize that time has moved on for them. We actually have to point out to them because they'll get so focused on whatever reason it is that they stay behind that they don't realize that time has left them and we've had to point out look around, you know, do these clothes look familiar? You know, it's fun.

Exactly where I was going. Do you know what this is? And it's just so funny how you can get so super focused on your purpose that I guess you can't see the forest for the trees kind of thing. Okay, since we're doing movies, I've got another one because there's a billion of them.

Oh, there's so many. This one's a fun one. It's got Kurt Douglas and Martin Sheen and the main things and it's a world it's a modern movie from the 1980s. It's called The Final Countdown and the premise of the movie is they're on the aircraft carrier, uh, Nimitz, and they go back in time to Pearl Harbor right before the attack.

Very interesting movie, very interesting premise. I won't ruin it for you. I mean, it's spoiler alert. It's 40 years old.

But that's a fun movie. Have you seen that one, Drake? That's one of another one of my favorite ones. Yeah, really interesting and that one's done with it with a wormhole.

Yeah, a big storm at sea that, yeah, a phenomenon that draws them in and like say, I would describe that as a wormhole. Yep. But that one's a really interesting one. And then what do you do?

Can you change history? What would happen? Very interesting premise on that one. It's a fun movie.

Sorry, I was trying to find my drink. For me, the idea of time travel is just fascinating. Whether it's somewhere in time with Christopher Reeve trying to get back to meet that girl, because he had met her and then he wanted to get back to her because again, if you haven't seen this at Jerome Falls, they're not forever. But he finds himself back in time and then he accidentally looks at a penny from the future and it zips him back to the future.

And, um, oh, you can just do so much with time travel. Whether it's, I would love, I would actually absolutely love to be somewhere historical and turn a corner and boom, be back in time as long as I can get back. I don't want to stay there. You don't necessarily want to live in the 1700s.

No, I just, I could just go visit for a few minutes and see some things maybe spend a week there then come back. Yeah. Kind of the new, the series outlander again, time travel and kind of that, that same kind of thing. I think it'd be fabulous.

But you know, I really want to, we investigate a lot of places with intelligent honks of spirits that don't know they're there or they're trying to get a message through or whatever. I would really love to go do an investigation somewhere where there's a residual haunt. And just see, is there any activity there? I don't think we're going to get any responses from those spirits.

But I think that would be fantastic to see something along those lines that would be fabulous. Yeah. And every historical nut that there is big history that always talk about what if time travel, they just go back in time and change one thing in history? Like what would it do to change one little thing?

Right. And then you get into that whole thing of this time travel possible. Is it something that can actually be done theoretically? Yes.

But then you get into that whole ethics of what do you do and don't do if you get into time travel? Yeah. Well, and there's the paradox of what if you go back in time and kill your grandfather? Yep.

You're never born. So you can't go back in time to kill your I mean, it's very, very strange. There's also if you look at how the last five, 10 years of enders did it was time travel is you're changing a timeline for yourself, not anybody else but for yourself. Well, and that kind of gets to the multiverse and that there are infinity numbers of universes and timelines and everything else.

Every possible choice is been made in both directions and it's mind blowing when you start talking about that kind of theory of the multiverses and that an infinite number of universes based upon an infinite number of choices. You just can't comprehend it. Oh, yeah, no, it gets crazy. And it's funny.

I keep thinking, all right, you need to move on in the podcast. But I keep thinking of things. In Harry Potter, one of the episodes, one of the books has Hermione using a time-turner because she's trying to take all the classes. And throughout the book, Harry and Ron are like, where'd she go?

Where'd she go? How did she get here? And at the end, he turns out she was using this time-turner and it becomes an integral part of the story. And when Professor McGonagall gave her the time-turner, one of the things Professor McGonagall told her, of course, is his fiction, but you know, you can't let anybody see you for this very purpose.

And if you've read that book, and I forget which one it is off the top of my head- It's the third one. Oh, yes, it's the third one. So Harry sees himself and luckily he thinks that he's seen his father who's passed, but later he's like, wait a minute, I wasn't seeing my father. I was seeing me.

That's how weird would that be to see yourself? That's an area of conversation. Yep. And then talking about going back and fixing things, there was a series back in the, I don't know, the 90s, 2000s, was it Sliders?

Well, where there's a group of people that would just, that's what they would do is they would go back and time and write wrongs and save people. Well, it's haunted and late too. Yes, and maybe, yeah, I don't know if I was thinking of one or the other or both, but the idea was they would go back in time and, you know, save people and write wrongs and which is a fun, fun premise. And I watched both of those shows.

I think I watched Quantum Leap more. Let's not watch, but then ask yourself, you know, how does that affect everything else? There's also Voyager as a Marirang people, isn't it that way too? Yes, absolutely.

I forgot about that one. Yeah, and there's so many with Star Trek time things in Star Trek, the next generation, and all of them where you've got, you know, the people coming from the future to make sure everything's okay. There wasn't one with Picard on a pleasure island kind of thing, a vacation island. There's just all sorts of different time travel things that they've done in Star Trek the next generation and those others.

And even back into some of the Star Trek the original series where one of them I remember where Kirk went back into the 1930s-ish pre-World War II, and there was a woman there and it was actually played by Joan Collins. You want to see a young Joan Collins, that's a really interesting episode. But the premise there was he had become romantically involved with her. Wow, go figure James Kirk.

And she had to die or the timeline would change because she had died in the original timeline and then World War II happened and all of the different things fell out where it could have changed in a bad way. And she lived and Bones was there too, who could have saved her interesting premise on that decision of what do you change? What can you change? What should you change?

But that's a really interesting one and fun to see Joan Collins and that in the original series on that one. Yep, absolutely. So if you guys get a chance and this is something you find interesting, definitely look up the residual hunts, the ones that are cyclical and happen every month, every bloomin, those are very interesting. Also look up those pictures we were talking about because they're fascinating and I would love to hear from our listeners or patreons what your opinions of some of those are.

Send us the photographs that you think is interesting. Send us your theory on that and... And you can send those to apps.whisps.contact at gmail.com. And we can talk about those maybe on one of our patreon podcasts.

So if you want to hear more about that, head over to patreon and you can get access to those bonus episodes. So Whiskey is not able to be here today for his segment and I'm not trying to put words into his mouth but hopefully he'll listen to this and he talked a little bit about the little light to the little light holders that he made and he made my purple one. I mean, I'm so excited. And it's cool because does your little purple one have the little whiskey moon icon on the back of it?

Yes and so this is where I was going with my little unicorn brain that can be kind of stupid sometimes on the back of it. It had this W which can either be a W or an M. It has a little moon symbol and my little bit of intelligent brain at the time. Yeah, out loud.

What is this down for? He looked at me like I grew a third eyeball and I could just see the inside of his brain going oh my gosh. What is wrong with this woman? We were an investigation the other night and he had another one.

Yours is purple a special made one but he had one where he's built it with new glow in the dark monofilament medium. Yeah for the 3D printer and my gosh he hit that with his ultraviolet light and it was like lighting up the room kind of glowing. Yeah, it was crazy Brad. I hope he didn't want to talk about that on his next one.

Well, he can talk about it again and that's really cool. We're just doing an iron. Yeah, we're just awestruck. Yeah, it's pretty cool.

So look forward to seeing his stuff for sale if there's something that you want. Hit him up same with app.wisps.contact at gmail.com and we'll get that going. So, whiskey's sort of segment even though he wasn't here is sponsored by Mystic Frog. You need to go down there.

They are just a fantastical shop and the time travel section was sponsored by OTAO. And I get so interested in talking about everything and doing an iron I forgot to give a little shout out to our fun folk. So, our next cause I'm not going to forget. See, let me go.

Our next section, we're going to use the Jump Door, which is sponsored by the Huey Shperforming Arts and Cultural Events Center now in Payson. So, you need to go check them out. They've been all sorts of things going on throughout the month. I want to talk a little bit about our Jump Door, about abilities, paranormal abilities.

I cannot tell you how many people I talk to. And I mentioned ghost hunting and they're like, oh, we're not sensitive. We don't have any sort of ability or sensitivity. And I want to talk a little bit about that on this podcast.

So, for example, what I would say that my strengths lie in, I can touch things and get kind of a picture in my head of maybe some of the energy. It's called, I can't remember what it's called. Something perkinesis? No, not kinesis.

No, it's something like that. But I can touch things and get some feels from it. To the point where I had a neighbor that was bringing me over stuff like every other day, touch this, touch this, touch this. And it kind of made me feel dumb at first.

But the more he brought over, the better I got, like anything, doesn't matter if you're going to be a cook, a dancer, you play an instrument, a cartoon. Exactly. What'd you say? Drake?

Psychometry. Psychometry. Oh my word. You're really good at it.

You don't even know what it's called. Psychometry. I can also feel the emotions of spirits. I'm not just happy sad.

It's like almost like you can tell what you're thinking. So describe that as you have done in the past based upon that TV series. The haunting of health? Yeah, the haunting of health house is that the one?

Honking of health house. If you've seen the haunting of health house, there's the one girl that's really good at it to the point where she has to put gloves on so that she doesn't get feels just going around day to day. I don't have to do that. I might have to concentrate on it.

And I actually haven't practiced it for a while, so I might be a little rusty to be honest with you. Maybe once I finish school, maybe I should practice. Go to an antique store and just touch stuff. We went to a museum, an old museum, and there was down in Fairview, Utah.

There's actually a cloak down there that belonged to my third great grandmother. And Chad, what did I want to do with it? You want to touch everything all the time. I do.

I love touching stuff. And Drake, I know that you are like a demon magnet, which is annoying, but kind of cool. What else would you say your strengths are? It started to develop into finding tattoos as well.

Yeah, because they go hand in hand. But other than that, I'd say running the SLS, some of the equipment. Yeah, you're an equipment guy too. Yeah, you know, there's some pieces of equipment that I put out and I get nothing.

Like the SLS, you know, I have an SLS, but I don't use it because I never got anything for whatever reason. But Drake, I know when you have the SLS out, you get stuff all the time. Yeah, possibly crazy. Same with running the Echo Box.

And Chad, sometimes I tend to call you ghost repellent because I think a lot of spirits are intimidated of you. But the more that you've done this, would you say that you've honed in on certain things that maybe you didn't when you first started? I sometimes get impressions, not anything like when we're talking with people of maybe we should ask this or maybe we should ask them that kind of thing, even with sometimes when we're doing EVP sessions, when you're doing or you're doing the dowsing rods, it's like maybe we should ask that. You'll notice I probably jump in on that a little more than I used to.

And I don't know there. The other thing I'm pretty good is on running a little square machine for charging things at the events. Well, you know, and the other thing that you're good at is explaining things to the homeowners, because sometimes the homeowners can be afraid and they don't necessarily want to follow us because it's like they want to know, but they don't want to know at the same time. And Chad's really good at this is what they're doing and this is why they're doing it and he's really good at that.

The point I'm trying to make is any talent, not just anything paranormal, but any talent. You're not born as a signer on your neck. This says you'll be good at this and this. And I've had so many investigators say, oh, I'd love to be a ghost hunter, but I don't got anything.

I got nothing. And I say, you know what, you don't need anything for starters. Can you take pictures with the camera? Can you ask questions into a tape recorder?

Can you voice recorder? Wow, tape recorder? Can you set out an EVP, a K2 meter and look at buttons and ask questions? Exactly.

You don't need to have any and you can't see my ear quotes with special powers. But I tell everybody, as you get out and do this, you're going to find something that you're a little more attuned to than other, and everybody in the group could be attuned to the same thing. Moons, I cannot think of anything today. Holy cow, Candace, Moon's sister-in-law.

Candace was one of our investigators for a while until she moved out of state. Candace, if you're listening, we miss you. But she's like, yeah, I don't feel anything. I got nothing.

But she turned out and she discovered really quickly that she could cone in on portals. She could feel portals like crazy. And when Jade was on our group, Jade could feel portals. Jade had this knack and so did Candace.

They worked the same in this. They had this knack. If there was a portal, they went and stood right in the middle of it. Not me, too.

Not me, too. They worked around to that. And it's been really fun to watch people as they, as they, you know, it's like the more you do, the more honed in, the more tuned in you get to things that your body knows. And we tell people, your body is actually your best go-tenting tool.

And everyone's going to feel and see and sense and be attracted, you know, two different things. And so if the paranormal is something you're interested in and you don't think you have a special talent, you do. You just don't know what it is yet. And so if that's something you're interested in, just, you know, start go-tenting.

Come with us, come to our events, and guarantee you'll start to notice, you know, what that is, whether it's equipment, whether it's sensing spirits, whether it's sensing portals, whether it's knowing what questions to ask, you'll find where your talent lies and your talent might lie and be a really good with equipment or it might lie and be really good at hearing EVPs on your recorder. So don't sell yourself short. You have a paranormal talent of some sort. You just haven't found it yet.

All right, Vilma and Moon are also aren't here to do their segments, so we're just going to have to be sad without their segments. Well, I think we had a great podcast tonight. I really do. Anything anyone wants to add before we drink?

Anything you want to add before we call it a night? Get your supernatural hour swag and events at Pernowall.com. Absolutely. Yup.

Absolutely. That's what you weather. Go grab yourself a hoodie. Although like I said, in Utah, you practically don't need one.

I'm still waiting for winter to start, but winter can stay in the mountains. Drake, do you have a lot of snow out there? We had snow on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, day after, and we had some today. Nice.

We had a little bit of snow today, but it didn't stick. And you can thank me for the lack of snow along the Wausage front. Yes. Yes, you can.

It's Chad's fault. Thanks. Thanks, Giving. I went out and bought a snow blower.

Okay. So I've been able to use it once. So when we first got married, Chad had a great big gigantic gas powered snow blower. And just because of life, we didn't use it for a couple of years.

And it was a little older. And anyway, it got to the point where it just didn't work anymore. And so we went for several years without one years where we did a lot of snow shoveling. A lot of snow shoveling, which I don't mind because it's exercise, right?

I mind because it's exercise. I don't mind. But yeah. So the one year that we finally say, Hey, we're going to get a new electric snow blower.

Yeah. This is just a little, I want to say a little 18 inch Ryobi. It's going to be really nice. The one day I did it, the snow was really wet.

And so it worked bare. I have seen videos that it works a lot better than that. But it's a lot smaller than the big behemoth that I had that was five or six horsepower and everything else. But it works pretty well.

It's going to be fun. Yep. But it will. Yeah.

But maybe not this year. If it's going to snow here, it counts no on Mondays or Wednesdays because that's only have to drive. Alrighty. Well, stay speaking my hunty friends.

Hey, have a good night. We'll see you.
