Time - who can master it

from Failure to launch Hosted by Joseph Ramirez

Goals are great but without a timetable for completion, they are nothing more than dreams. The last part of the SMART goals acronym is Time-bound. This is an essential part of measuring your goals, knowing if they are realistic and if they are attainable. Failure to establish a timetable can allow projects to run on endlessly. Time-bound goals will also help you cut out the non-essentials. There are often some items needed to launch while others can be attended to later. Defining the differences is key to moving forward. Time-bound goals will also help you identify problems in your process. If you consistently miss deadlines, there is a problem that has to be addressed. These can be hard conversations but are so important for the growth of yourself and your team. Connect with me on socials!!
