Times of Refreshing Part 5 (Establishment - Build) R - rest ✅ E - elevation ✅ F - freedom ✅ R - restoration ✅ E - establishment ✅ S - strength  H - humility  Text: ”Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, and that He may send Jesus Christ, who was preached to you before, whom heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began.“ Acts 3:19-21 NKJV Introduction  To establish:  to build/start or create an organization, a system, etc. that is meant to last for a long time The building without the owner is lifeless  Have you ever been in a vacant house - it will be full of dust inside even when all windows 🪟 and doors are closed.  The occupants of the building gives identity to the building  The church - believers and Holy Spirit The military base - soldiers The school - learners and teachers  The shop/market - sellers and buyers  The tavern/club/bar - sellers and buyers The brothel - sellers and buyers  The bible refers to us the building/temple  We are built by master architect Himself, God Almighty  God Master Architect  “Unless the Lord builds the house, They labor in vain who build it; Unless the Lord guards the city, The watchman stays awake in vain.” Psalms 127:1 NKJV Whether we are aware or not, we are always on a building something  We are building our family legacy, careers, business, wealth, relationships, community projects, churches and etc.  Is God a master builder 👷🏾‍♂️ in what you are building? Is he giving measurements and dimensions of what we are building or we have other sources of information ℹ️ that are contrary to the Word of God Genesis 6:14-16 NLT God is very specific when giving instruction on how to build  Temple that Solomon built had specific dimensions (1 Kings 6) Exodus 25:10-11 NLT He gave instructions on how to build Ark of Covenant (Exodus 25:10 - 22) He has a specific way He wants to build your life, family, marriage and we should be obedient to follow His instructions  God Reestablishes  Jeremiah 33:7-8 NKJV Jeremiah comes in the scene just before the Israelites captivity by Babylonian king Nebuchadnezzar.  He is prophesying the captivity and deliverance at the same time.  People were not happy with Him when he told them the truth.  This is the promise of God to rebuild the ruins of Jerusalem after the captives are set free Isaiah 58:12 NLT Isaiah like Jeremiah is prophesying the captivity and restoration of the City of Jerusalem even earlier than Jeremiah (more than 100 years before) Nehemiah 2:17 NKJV Nehemiah is used by God to fast and pray 🙏🏾 to rebuild the walls that the enemy has destroyed  Jerusalem lies waste. That may be what you are going through right now God is ready to rebuild you.  Building Material  Ezra 1:5-7 NLT It is very human like to worry about how will God do it. Where can I start, when everything is a mess God will stir up the heart of people to rebuild our lives When He moves, He provides all the necessary resources to rebuild  Priest and Levites: Spiritual Establishment  Leaders: Influence  Neighbours: Assistance valuable gifts  Kings: favour with you  Conclusion:  Job 22:27-28 NKJV When we declare a thing God establish it for us  Romans 16:25 NKJV God wants to establish us as His People  We tend to want to establish other things except our own heart, soul and spirit in the Lord  We are the temple: Acts 17:24-25 NKJV What attracts God in our lives is our open heart to him not a building  God wants to rebuild our lives starting with the inner man  I Peter 5:10 NKJV Perfect, Establish, Strengthen and Settle you
