Timothy Dick: Scaling Expert that Grew HostGator

Timothy Dick started off in the mid-'90s doing computer repair and Webhosting in high school before anyone even knew what the internet was.  He went on to be the senior vice president of host gator and was responsible for their massive growth.  From there he founded VOIPO, a voice-over Ip phone service that was named one of the fastest-growing private companies by INC.
