VOV1 - Những ngày đầu tháng 11, khi nhiều nơi tại thành phố Đà Nẵng còn ngổn ngang bùn đất sau đợt lũ lịch sử thì nước lũ lại dâng cao. Ở vùng hạ du sông Vu Gia - Thu Bồn, người dân vừa dọn xong nhà cửa, chưa kịp hoàn hồn thì lại hứng chịu cảnh “lũ chồng lũ”.
