Now it is time to understand WHO you need. If you have listened to the last episodes then you should have a list of ideas you want help with, and you should understand what sort of skillset you are looking for.Now it is time to look at your values! Why? I firmly believe that you will get the best experience when you bring someone you can trust to back your brand values. This is key to you being able to let go of tasks and trust your team with them. Next, look at your budget. It is a-ok if you only have a budget for a little one-off help right now. And it is ok if you are ready to bring on someone with a meaty budget and a bit list too. But understand the level of help you need. Lastly, look at HOW you are going to onboard them. Do you know how to communicate what you need to be done?
