The program will be taped at 6:30 P.M. and telecast on the NBC Television Network from 11:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. NYT. The groom will not see the bride on the day of the wedding until the service takes place. Tiny Tim's best man will be Joseph Cappelluzzo, his manager. Joseph's brother, James, and brother-in-law, Santo Scupelliti, will be ushers. Three of the bride's sisters will be in the wedding party-- Mrs. Gene Bramlett will be matron of honor, and Allene and Tracy Budinger will be bridesmaids. The bride's father, Allan Budinger will give his daughter away. Miss Budinger will wear a hand-made Victorian-style, off-white gown of peau de soie with collar and sleeves of lace valued at about $2,500. She will wear a borrowed antique cameo, carry a new Bible and wear a blue garter. The groom has selected a black silk velvet walking length frock coat reflecting the Victorian period of dress. The coat's satin lapels frame a ribbed satin vest. His black cape, turn-of-the-century top hat and hand-carved walking stick complete the outfit. The ten-thousand tulips decorating the wedding set were imported from Holland. Tulips are maintained there at a low temperature and then forced to bloom at the desired time. The studio audience of 268 will be made up of friends and members of the families of the bride and groom. The Reverend Glenesk is minister of the Spencer Memorial Church of Brooklyn Heights, N.Y.
