TIPA Platform Series 16/40 – C02 US Population Management

This TIPA problem-solving proposal is Big Issues related.  The US Population and related immigration control issues have become far worse since 2008 when I first this proposal in my book, The Second Coming of Common Sense (CS2).  We must and will control who is allowed to be in our nation.  We will never be able to effectively manage our own citizen population and the out-of-control Illegal Occupant (IO) population without the implementation of a unique National Id System. We are one of the few nations without such a National Id.
