TIPA Platform Series 20/40 – C06 Zero Crime Tolerance

This TIPA problem-solving proposal Big Issues related.  This "crime fighting" proposal touches on several hard crime issues.  One (1) part of this aggressive proposal is called, The Obvious Guilt Law (OGL).  The prime example of this Reform of the Criminal Justice System is as follows.  The shooter that attacked the Walmart in El Paso, Texas and killed 22 innocent people and also wounded at least that number.  Under the OGL, the shooter would receive one (1) standard court trail.  The shooter will be convicted on "absolute and clear evidence".  There is no question of guilt.
