This TIPA problem-solving proposal is Family Support Act related.  Please reference this Podcast for details on this proposal.  This family-oriented proposal ties to the previous proposal, Family Support Act.  “Family Basic Asset” means “housing”.  We will attack the homeless problem with a vengeance!  No American citizen will be without a “fixed address”.  Over 500,000 of our citizens, including some Veterans are homeless.  When we fix that problem, many other homeless related social ills will be eliminated.  Tax-payer funds will be better used for better results.
