We’re going to talk a bit today about working remotely. This may be new and unexpected to some of you. To talk about this I invited past guest and occasional co-host, Ken Hui.  Between Ken and I, we have worked together at a few different places in the past and probably have 20+ years working from anywhere. What are the first steps to both keep your sanity and be productive? (Making sure your calendar is public, your company has a standard for chat/video/etc, don’t they? Video camera on, video camera off?
