A new survey finds that a quarter of Americans think they will spend more this summer than last year, but you don't have to break the bank to enjoy the season. Try these tips to cut back on costs.New housing data shows new and existing home sales fell in April as mortgage rates remained high. The number of homes on the market rose by 9%, but prices are still more than 40% higher than four years ago.
