A growing number of San Diego drivers are expressing their anger as they find themselves victimized by wheel thieves. The search is underway for three people who San Diego Sheriff Deputies say shot a man in the leg in San Marcos. The City of San Diego says it's revisiting laws about businesses hosting private parties.
