Tis the Season

I haven’t been full of energy - not gonna lie. All of my clients are struggling. In 9 days it will be 6 years since Jim passed away. Not exactly my favorite time of year. Old me probably would be judging me. Would be upset with myself for feeling this way. This me just accepts that I feel this way. I’ve learned to always listen to my body. Period!
