Although it seems like we were just preparing for back to school, it’s that time of year again- Holiday Season!!!!!!

No matter what you celebrate or how you choose to celebrate, the holiday season can be an exciting time for many parents, caregivers, and their children. During this time, many start engaging in family traditions, traveling, spending time with relatives and friends, engaging in fun activities, and thinking about the upcoming new year.

In the hustle and bustle of this season, it is important to take into consideration your child’s emotional and mental health.

Join me for a six-week series called “Tis the Season! Your Child’s Mental Health and the Holidays." During this installment, I will be talking about the importance of praise, planning for holiday travel, how to prepare for extended amounts of time around family and friends, and so much more!
