The former Miami Hurricanes receiver answered questions about his size, speed and special teams value while establishing himself as the most natural backup to Wan’Dale Robinson in Brian Daboll’s offense. Tennessee initially kept six wide receivers, choosing Restrepo over Bryce Oliver. The Titans then needed roster flexibility to complete another wave of transactions, placing Restrepo on waivers and exposing him to the NFL’s other teams.
