There are many brilliant Harvard/Yale consultant with 160 IQ's but limited healthcare knowledge.3.) Focus on member experience. Drill down to the zip code level. Understand your base and what makes them tick. What type of media do they respond to. What social determinants of health programs are relevant to them?
