TJ Campsey is running for Kansas House District 10 in the August 4th Democratic Primary.Kansas House District 10 is in southeastern Lawrence.Here, Campsey explains why he decided to challenge the incumbent. He says the incumbent was elected in 2024, had worked as a lobbyist in Topeka before taking office, and had not yet faced what he considers a real race.Campsey frames the challenge as healthy for democracy.
