TJE Communications is a boutique digital marketing agency with the mission to help small businesses level the playing field through digital marketing solutions.Tonnisha J. English founded the company in 2014 following her graduation from Ohio Dominican University where she studied Public Relations and Communication. In an effort to provide continuous knowledge and training to more female entrepreneurs outside of her client base, Tonnisha launched Respect the Hustle, an event series for the working woman who may be juggling a full-time job, or multiple side jobs, in addition to growing her own business. Since then, the #RespecttheHustle tribe has expanded to support both women and men hustlers who are eager to level up their businesses.To run a successful business, you need resources, valuable connections, and community recognition.
