Once nominated Best International Slam Poet by London’s Farrago Poetry Group, “ranney” was the premier comedian at Laff Tuesdays, the professional comedy club at the Apollo Theater in Harlem in the earl 1990s. He has headlined across the globe and has shared billing with Martin Lawrence, Chris Rock, and Paul Mooney. “ranney” has mounted ten one man shows.
