The Waverider has landing in Blue Valley. Mike is getting bullied on his paper route and Thunderbolt finds his way out to help. Mike finally has a way to be a part of the JSA. Pat knows the issues Thunderbolt can cause, but Mike & Courtney convince him they need the help to stop The Shade. Their plan to capture him goes off the rails.
