The Waverider is parked in Blue Valley. Dragon King is now the JSA's prime suspect in The Gambler's murder.  The episode was subtitled The Evidence. So let's brake it down. Sylvester was stabbed like The Gambler and Doctor Midnite's goggles find one stem cell that is like Dragon King's. Sylvester's attacker was very strong. In this episode we find out that Cosmo's engergy is being channeled through Sylvester. That is helping him heal and what brought him back from the grave. Courtney helps Cameron channel his emotions and love of art into his powers to help him control them. But she does not come clean about being Stargirl and about the true nature of his dad. Cindy is hurting and changing. She is becoming like her dad.
