While Lois struggles through her chemo treatments, getting more tired and weak, she still manages to put on a brave face. Natalie heads to Hob's Bay to meet Matteo's parents at Bruno's restaurant. The dinner ends with an explosive result and the reveals come crashing down this episode, ending with Peia fighting for her life in a DOD medical facility. Meanwhile, Clark, Chrissy, and Sam try to bring Lois out of her chemo fog by continuing to research Bruno and Peia's past. In the end, Lois and Clark discover they wrongfully imprisoned Lex Luthor for crimes Peia committed as her alter ego.  It's a eye opening story all around for everyone as truths are revealed, and secrets uncovered.
