The event relates to a Starforged Descriptor and Focus: Confined Ruins Tortemus means to destroy the Mustang, and the Blues along with it.    Simple Q: Can he teleport to the Night Queen’s Shadow? Yes Simple Q: Can he take his vampire troops with him?
