Tlingit and Ts'msyen with 6 Speakers

This week on  “Gunalchéesh!”, we feature the Tlingit and Ts'msyen languages.  We hear  Ben Spencer and Henry Kelly speaking Ts'msyen and two Tlingit  conversations;  Dr. Walter Soboleff with George Ramos and Ruth Demmert  with Nora Dauenauer.  In between segments, hear two songs by Khu.éex'  (including just released "Residential School") as well as songs by  Dionne Brady-Howard (Tlingit), Cheryl Naomi Sampson (Ts'msyen), Charlie  Joseph (Tlingit), and Pamyua (Yupik).  Hosted by  K'yuuhlgáansii  (kyooth-Gawn-see,  "Place of One's Own", Haida) on Lingit  Aani (Tlingit  land) in Sitka,  Alaska.
